There are more than 2,400 company owned and operated offices in 26 countries, Kelly provides to its customers nearly 700,000 employees annually, with skills including office services, accounting, engineering, information technology, law, science, marketing, light industrial, education and health care.The primary focus of this paper will be on the benefits (tangible and non-tangible) provided to Kelly associates and how these benefits are aligned with the company's mission of providing quality services externally and internally.ORGANIZATION & STRATEGYKelly Services, Inc. Each office provides a specific mix of services from one or more of the divisions and subsidiaries, according to market demand.
