(Prazna čekaonica sa puno uništenih klupa za sedenje u
nekoliko redova, jedna telefonska govornica u uglu. Čuje se
kapljanje, zatim kreće pljusak i grmljavina. Svetlo treperi
dok ne uđu prvi glumci kada se svetlo smiruje.
Ermelina vodi Leonu, koja je u invalidskim kolicima. Kruže oko
redova klupa i smeštaju se. )
Leona: Dobro mi je, malo je kanulo po flauti.
(Ulaze na scenu Pamela i Patricija. Patricija začuđena
posmatra Pamelu koja popravlja šminku istog trenutka kako je
ušla.)
Pamela: Možda dušo ja imam podočnjake. To je zato što imam
ljubavnika koji je silno zaljubljen u mene. A to svakako nije
slučaj sa tobom. I moja oba oka, bar gledaju u jednom pravcu!
Patricija: Pa vi baš uživate da me ponižavate! Što se tiče
vašeg ljubavnika, nemate baš čime da se pohvalite. I on mi je
neka sila - pere sudove u kafani!
Pamela: Zaista si odvratna! Pitam se kako te bilo ko ponosi...
(Pamela i Patricija se koškaju. Ulazi gospođa Ortanž,
užurbana, zagleda sve prisutne.)
Ortanž: Zaboga moje dame! Hajde da vas vidim. Zapamtite :
treba se smešiti, treba sve činiti sa šarmom.
Patricija: Gadura jedna! Namerno me je zgazila!
Ermelina: Gopođo Ortanž, kada ćemo svi pristići?
Ortanž: Ništa me ne pitaj! Zar ne vidiš kakvo je vreme?
Ermelina: A gospodin Lebonz, jeste se čuli sa njim?
Ortanž: Pobogu Ermelina, naravno da jesam.

(Leon ulazi pognut zajedno sa Suzanom Delsijom. Suzana mu
skida mantil.)
Ortanž: Hajde požurite malo. Kao i obično Leone, tvoja košulja
izgleda sačuvajbože. Na crnoj košulji se jasno vidi da imate
perut! Zašto ne upotrebljavate losion koji sam vam
preporučila?
Pijanist: Miriše mi kao da nije za muškarce.
Ortanž: Kako nije, moj pokojni muž ga je mazao čak tri puta na
dan.
Suzana: Ali vaš muž je bio violinista ...
Ortanž: Znala sam ja i pijaniste koji su bili vatreni.
Pijanist: To se ređe viđa.
(Gospođa Ortanž ode od njih da se raskomoti.)
Suzana: Dakle tako. Opet ona! Leone, ako je ne ućutkaš - ja
ću.
Pijanist: Kako mogu da joj zabranim. Zahvaljujući njoj danas
imamo kakvu takvu priliku.
Suzana : Ah opet ti o njoj! Leone preklinjem te ,budi samo
moj.
Ermelina: Sve sam mu rekla, sve! Bilo mi je svega dosta.
Leona :A on šta ti je rekao?
Ermelina :Ništa. Već je bio zaspao. Prostak!
