To evaluate a project; whether it is successful or failed it have some of the techniques which undergoes about the project management reports. In these evaluation techniques, they use high level standards to get detailed reports for a project whether it is succeeded or failed. 1. STAKEHOLDER ANALYSIS:-
In this type of analysis, it has the relationship between the stakeholders and identifies them. This includes two sections
• Understand the importance of particular stakeholder.
• Relationship between the development community and rest of the factor.
These will be involved in this process to identifying them.
2. Describing The Project and Understanding The Programme:-
This process has two types of analysis. One of them was logic model and the other is project plan.
In logic model, they use the situation (or) the context of a programme, inputs, outputs, outcomes, assumptions and the environment.
In project plan, these will see the background, approach (or) work packages, project team partners, deliverables and the outcomes of the project.
3. EVALUATION OF DESIGN:-
In these evaluation criteria, it determines the reviewing change and includes the effectiveness, elegance, efficiency, ethically. These are the certain considerations for evaluation of programme.
This evaluation criteria divides into the indicators, these includes presence, type of assess, level of use, extent, relevance, quality and the required effort.
