Information and Communication Technology refers to a group of terms. In this project management, we have various forms of technologies, these can be used to collect, store, edit and pass the information. Above all of these project management have divided into various types of is divided into five types, they are
1. Initiating.
2. Planning.
3. Executing.
4. Monitoring and Controlling.
5. Closing.
In this project management, knowledge can be mainly focussed on the ten types of different goals. They can be listed as integration, scope type, time, quality, cost, procurement, human resources, communications, risk management and the stakeholder management. In the project schedule, completion of project budget is the main indicator to satisfy the project. Mainly, we have many factors to fail the project management and some of them are includes.

1. Meet the requirements for the project.
2. Project manager should be good and right person for that project.
3. Higher management should be well supportive.
4. To fulfil the defined tasks.
5. Deficiency of project management techniques.
6. Mis-usage of the management techniques.
7. There should be planning for termination of operation.
8. Lack of commitment.

These are most important factors to get success in any type of projects. To complete a project, we need a basic requirements and the planning. The project management success and project success are not directly correlated. The majority of the literature on the project management will get stress in importance of techniques of achieving project objectives. The failure of the project brings up highly attention to get more success on the project. The strategies and methodologies will assist us in providing a satisfied and implementation of a project.

These are the most important factors involved by the project success and the failure types in the information and communication technology projects.

Evaluation Methods for a Success or Failure of a Project:

To evaluate a project; whether it is successful or failed it have some of the techniques which undergoes about the project management reports. In these evaluation techniques, they use high level standards to get detailed reports for a project whether it is succeeded or failed. Before the decision of reports, it includes some of the technologies which assists the project was successful (or) not. They are six steps which involved in it;
In this type of analysis, it has the relationship between the stakeholders and identifies them. This includes two sections
• Understand the importance of particular stakeholder.
• Relationship between the development community and rest of the factor.
These will be involved in this process to identifying them.
2. Describing The Project and Understanding The Programme:-
This process has two types of analysis. One of them was logic model and the other is project plan.
In logic model, they use the situation (or) the context of a programme, inputs, outputs, outcomes, assumptions and the environment.
In project plan, these will see the background, approach (or) work packages, project team partners, deliverables and the outcomes of the project.
In these evaluation criteria, it determines the reviewing change and includes the effectiveness, elegance, efficiency, ethically. These are the certain considerations for evaluation of programme.
This evaluation criteria divides into the indicators, these includes presence, type of assess, level of use, extent, relevance, quality and the required effort.
