Islam has a negative effect all around the globe, but to me Islam is a religion of peace. Since September 11 there have been many insults towards Muslims, and ever since then they are the ones who be getting accused when there is an attack in the United States. Just like there are Muslims who have been terrorist there are also Christians who are terrorist in other countries and are not being treated how they are supposed to. Just because one person from a religion decides to take action in a violent way it does not mean that all those from that religion should be considered terrorist.
Islam is a religion just like all other ones and should be treated the same. As I mention before the action of one person should not be used to believe that all people are the same. Despite the misconception, Islamic is a religion of peace. Each different religion has different births, beliefs, laws, and stages. When it comes to religions there is a lot of questioning going on because there are many who have been created by people who had a dream and believe that they have been called to save others. Many religions have been created to save people and forgive each one for their sins. Islam is just one of those religions. Regardless of what others believe or think I would always see Islam as another kind of religion that was created to give hope and forgive those who sin.
Islam is considered to be the second largest religion around the world. Muhammad was born in A.D. 570 he was born in the Arabian tribe, a tribe in which was controlled by the city of Mecca. Muhammad later started preaching and was told by others to keep silent about his message of monotheism. They had view him as a threat, but he did not stop preaching and after three years of preaching there were forty converts. People started to believe that he was one of God’s spokesman’s.
Muhammad began telling his followers about his “Night Journey” in which he was carried by Gabriel the angel and a horse with wings towards Jerusalem. Which he was greeted by disciples and received instructions to pray five times a day. With successful military victories against Mecca, his army took control of it in 630. There was a massive conversion that within a year many were following the prophet Muhammad.
Islam began to spread to the east after Muhammad dead. Muslims started a stream of Islam by Jihad, or holy war. This caused seven crusades and had done a major damage to Christians. During their second stream they were stop in Vienna, Austria, in 1963. After being declined in European colonization, but the presence of the young Muslims made a few converts in Europe.
Each religion has their Islamic religious beliefs and social practices rest on the five pillars shahada or testimony, salat or prayer, zalkat or alms giving, sawn or fast, and the haj or the...
