I strongly agree with the statement, as stress is a fact of daily life. It is been feel when one’s thought of any adjustment in life. In workplace, stresses are the one of the importance as the excessive of it could give an upside down impact in physical and emotional of the workers. Not everything perfect as in workplace, we can’t control everything to be as we wish for, but that doesn’t mean useless. It is better to find a way to managing stress; the better it is the more positive it will affect the people around the workplace.

Conflict
Conflict at workplace means conflict that happen at office or workplace. Conflict in the workplace is a normal occurrence in most organizations. Dictionary definitions vary from calling it a sharp disagreement to opposing ideas and interests. Conflict management expert and organizational psychologist, Dr. David G. Javitch defines it simply as tension and believes it offers benefits, as well as disadvantages, in the workplace. Wherever people work together, conflict is likely to arise, and it presents a challenge to which management must respond constructively.

Causes of conflict at company Applied Agricultural Resources Sdn. Bhd
One of the most common causes of company Applied Agricultural Resources Sdn. Bhd conflict is the personality clash. Individuals all have different values and beliefs, which affect the way they approach work and problem-solving. Clashes occur when workers have difficulty understanding or accepting others’ methods.

The conflict happen when all field conductor have a problem at their area (plantation). For example, field conductor from area A want use 700 litters poison to clean up the brush per month. But, field conductor field B just declare 520 litters per month for the area. It is a personality clash about using a poison at some area.
How staff get stress from the conflict.
The conflict can make staff to become stress and need to solve the problem as a positive impact. When have more idea or suggestion, conductor field A was stress to make the decision. Conductor field A need think and solve the problem as a positive to make the company always get profit.

Solution to conflict.
Based on the conflict, the ways that company do is the company established the expertise of poison to settle the problem. The function expertise of poison is for declare how many litters need to use for clean up the some area based on the space of area.
