Educational Achievement and Lifelong Learning Domain. The two goals are to attain educational achievement and performance levels needed to reach your personal and career goals; and to participate in ongoing lifelong learning experience to enhance your ability to function effectively in a diverse and changing economy (2004).
Career Management Domain. Some goals include using a process of decision-making as one component of career development, use accurate, current, and unbiased career information during career planning, master academic, occupational and general employability skills in order to obtain, create maintain and/or advance employment (2004).
Educational Development Interventions
Personal Social Development. Demonstrate behavior and decisions that reflect interest, likes and dislikes by assessing them by reflection, gives example when you have demonstrated positive personal characteristics, demand behavior and decisions that reflect your goals, analyze both the positive and negative aspects of self-concept, and show how have adopted these behaviors and sought out experiences that will help build and maintain a positive self-concept.
