A young poet who tried to make a living .John Keats lived a roughly life as a child. He was a man who expressed his life in his poetry. Keats experienced bad life situations, great expectations, and depression.
On October 31, 1795 an English Romantic lyric was brought forth in this world. He was born in London, England. Keats was the oldest of four children. His mother was Frances Keats. His father was Thomas Keats. Keats lost his parents at age eight. Keats father, whom was a stable keeper, was killed after being trampled by horse. Keats father death left a major impact on him. He then begins to understanding for society that it’s both a suffering and a loss, Keats father’s dearth greatly disrupted the family’s financial security. His mother seemed to be so depressed and managed to make misstep and mistakes after her husband’s death. In England, Keats maternal grandmother turned over control of the family’s finances, which was considerable at time to a London merchant whom named Richard Abbey to protect the family money. Abbey showed himself to be reluctant to let the children spend much of it. At the end of the fall of 1810, Keats left school for the study to become a surgeon. He eventually became a license apothecary in 1816.
In 1817 Keats asked his new friendship to publish his first volume of poetry the next year he published his poem called ”Endymion” which is mammoth four thousand line poem based on the Greek myth of the same name. He completed the work in November of that year and it was published in April 1818. In the Summer of 1818 he took a walking n tour of in Northern England and Scotland. He returned home to later that year to take care of his brother, Tom, who had become severely with tuberculosis. During this time he met and fell in love with a woman named Fanny Brawne. His work included his first sonnet “When I Have Fear That I May Cease to Be” which was published in January 1818. Keats also revolved around a poem called ‘Hyperion” an ambitious romantic piece inspired by Greek myth that told the story of the titans descending after their losses to the Olympians.
In 1819 Keats contracted tuberculosis. His health quickly failed the trip marked the end of his romance with Fanny Brawne. His health issues and owns dreams of becoming a successful writer had stifled their chance of ever getting married. His doctor in Rome placed Keats on a strict diet that considered of a single anchor and piece of bread per day in order to limit the flow of blood to the stomach. He also induced heavy bleeding resulting in Keats suffering from both a lack of oxygen and a lack of food. John Keats died on February 23, 1821. It was believed he was clutching the hand of his friend, Joseph Severn, at the time of his passing.
In conclusion, john Keats was a man who was going through a lot of at birth. Even though he experienced a lot of pain and suffering people lives with his poems. He wrote poems all the way until his health failed and he died at age 25.
