Therefore, in order for Kulder to remain successful, continue to expand to additional locations, and offer unique quality products, Kulder must reassess the company's strategic plan on a regular basis and execute effective TQM techniques, especially due to the company's global business practices.Mission Statement and Vision SummaryThe mission statement for Kulder is "to provide our customers the finest in selected foodstuffs, wines, and related needs in an unparalleled consumer environment. Our selections, coupled with our experienced, helpful and knowledgeable staff, merge to offer each customer a delightful and pleasing shopping outing" (Our Mission, n.d., para.2). Kudler's provides these services by shopping the world for its products. Kulder's staff purchases only handpicked products thus assuring that Kulder is the premier supplier of gourmet delights (Our Mission, n.d.).The creator and owner of Kulder, Kathy Kudler, had a vision to build a one-stop shopping convenience store that would supply an extensive selection of the freshest ingredients and gourmet cooking tools all at reasonable prices.
