LANGKAH-LANGKAH MENANGANI MASALAH PENCULIKAN
Anak-anak merupakan anugerah yang tidak ternilai harganya, namun dewasa ini, masyarakat semakin hilang rasa kasih sayang dan tidak berperikemanusiaan terhadap kanak-kanak. Hal ini terbukti dengan berlakunya kes-kes kehilangan kanak-kanak yang semakin meruncing. Perkara yang amat menyedihkan dan membimbangkan kita adalah terdapat kes kehilangan kanak-kanak, dan akhirnya mayat kanak-kanak itu sahaja yang ditemui.
Kes penculikan kanak-kanak sering menjadi topik hangat sejak akhir-akhir ini.Sekarang,Malaysia bukanlah negara yang selamat lagi kerana isu penculikan ini sering terjadi di kawasan bandar mahupun luar bandar.Kanak-kanak telah menjadi mangsa kerakusan manusia pada masa ini.Mereka menculik kanak-kanak tersebut,lalu membunuh serta mengambil organ dalaman mereka untuk dijual kepada negara luar,
Sebagai contoh,mereka menjual organ buah pinggang di negara Thailand dengan harga yang sangat mahal. Jika mereka tidak membunuh kanak-kanak tersebut,mereka akan menggunakan kanak-kanak tersebut untuk meminta sedekah di negara luar seperti di Thailand, ,Indonesia dan sebagainya Masalah seperti ini berpunca daripada perbuatan manusia yang hilang perikemanusiaannya. Oleh itu, pelbagai langkah yang efektif perlu diambil oleh setiap pihak untuk menangani masalah kehilangan k
anak-kanak yang semakin membimbangkan kita ini. Antara pihak yang seharusnya memainkan peranan dalam usaha membanteras jenayah ini ialah ibu bapa. Ini disebabkan, ibu bapa merupakan insan yang terdekat dengan anak-anak. Institusi kekeluargaan perlu diteguhkan dengan ibu bapa mengambil sikap sentiasa berwaspada terhadap setiap pergerakan anak-anak mereka. Selain mendidik anak-anak dengan sahsiah yang terpuji, ibu bapa perlu mengingatkan anak-anak tentang musibah yang akan berlaku akibat kecuaian diri sendiri. Anak-anak perlu didedahkan dengan keselamatan diri, bukan sahaja di jalan raya, bahkan sentiasa berwaspada dengan gejala penculikan. Ibu bapa juga bertanaggungjawab untuk sentiasa memerhatikan anak-anak dan bersama-sama mereka apabila berada di luar kawasan rumah. Kanak-kanak memang mudah terpengaruh oleh persekitaran di sekeliling mereka.
Langkah kedua ialah dengan meningkatkan kawalan keselamatan. Pihak polis perlu membuat rondaan di kawasan-kawasan hitam atau lebih dikenali sebagai kawasan yang sering berlakunya jenayah seperti di lorong-lorong kedai atau di jalan-jalan yang sunyi.
Langkah ketiga ialah, pihak kerajaan seharusnya memasang kamera litar tertutup (cctv) di kawasan-kawasan tersebut agar dapat merakamkan sebarang jenayah yang berlaku, seperti penculikan kanak-kanak. Hal ini dapat memastikan kes...
