• Diterbitkan kembali 251,837,500 bagian saham dalam portepel dan
menunda yang sisanya 663,762,500 saham dalam portepel.
• Peroleh 100% berbagi Drayton Pte. Ltd. Yang secara efektif
memiliki 68.57% tentang berbagi PT Indolakto, suatu perusahaan
pabrik susu terkemuka.
• Diperoleh 100% bagian saham perusahaan perkebunan dengan mencurahkan fasilitas.

• yang didaftarkan Agribusiness Golongkan Pasar Bursa Singapura
dan menempatkan saham baru.
