Estructuras de manufacturaPrincipios del LEAN MANUFACTUREJosué Yáñez OlveraA01205523Grupo: 218/02/2014Lean Manufacture, Toyota Production System House¿Cuál es el Toyota Production System House, y cómo funciona?El TPS es una filosofía construida de las mano de la compañía Toyota, esta ha ido mejorando y agregando elementos al pasar de los años para lograr una máxima eficiencia y una calidad total de sus productos.En este sistema existen tres pilares principales que se basan en conceptos y técnicas de hombres que dedicaron su vida a la administración y a los procesos de manufactura, tales como Edward Deming, Ichiro Ohno, Henry Ford, etc. Estos tres pilares forman la cultura de la compañía Toyota:Entregar productos con de máxima calidad, a un menor costo y en el menor tiempo de entrega posible.Tener miembros en la organización que sean tratados justamente, que tengan seguridad laboral y que se encuentren satisfechos.Esos principios proveerán a la empresa ganancias a través de la reducción de costos y le darán prosperidad a largo plazo.El sistema TPS tiene como objetivo la eliminación de los desperdicios del modelo LEAN, por eso es de mucha importancia que se den a conocer, a todos los miembros de la organización, los conceptos base de la manufactura, así como las técnicas y filosofías que han sido probadas con el tiempo. Cuando los miembros de la organización conozcan la filosofía empresarial y los procesos que se manejan, cada miembro tendrá la capacidad de mejorar la empresa y sus procesos.A su vez estos tres pilares tienen fundamentos en cuatro técnicas y filosofías ocupadas en el LEAN, el modelo Kaizen, Just in Time, Jidoka y el Supplier & TPS.El modelo Kaizen lo que busca es la mejora continua por medio de la especialización de trabajo y de la estandarización de procesos; el objetivo es crear avances o mejoras en los procesos al unir el trabajo humano con el mecánico, y acercar a los operadores a las líneas para que así ellos puedan detectar más rápido los errores y puedan mejorar la eficiencia.El sistema Just in Time es un proceso de almacenaje el cual dice que solo se debe de producir lo que el mercado requiere, con estas medidas se reducirá el desperdicio y se podrá laborar de una forma más eficiente.
