The way each individual express everyday life is totally different compared to any other human being. Comparing two different people with two totally different occupations is like comparing a dog and a cat. Life is taken for granted, every day is not promised. People value it as it’s nothing, it’s just another thing. Society on the other hand is blunt, it’s straight to the point. There is no room to sugar coat stone cold facts. Being able to demonstrate both of the topics understandings will be a very difficult task to accomplish. Placing a value on a person’s life would be different if people were judged based on character rather than the occupation the individual took part of.
Life, how can an individual place a monetary value on another person ? For example on horrific events like 9-11, many families were greatly affected financially. With great mortality in people who were able to help someone which the people have never meet and that were miles away showed that there is still good intentions to help the ones in need. On the other hand one resident from Florida expressed that she was speechless to hear that families were ungrateful and felt as she shouldn’t have ever donated to help such families. Based on certain requirements the Government placed a value on what the deceased were worth at that moment in time. It’s like labeling a person based on how they are worth in somewhat of a way as a product sold at a store. It’s straight to the point and gives you all the ingredients in a product, but then reduces all the financial aid that the family is expected to receive. It’s like giving all these good news and then at the end the Government wouldn’t be able provide anything afterall. How can that even be possible? It’s lying to the faces of many families and then not providing to the needy families who need the money not just for a couple of months, but until the family can recuperate.
