The Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet was one of shakespeare's most well known plays. The Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet is a play about two star-crossed lovers that are fated to hate each other because of their families. Romeo who was a Montague and Juliet who was a Capulet, clearly they were not meant to be together, but they were so madly in love that they were determined to be together and were not going to let anything stop them. It obviously did not work out because they both ended up taking their lives because of their love.

Romeo's heart was shattered and he knew he could not live without her, so he decides to kill himself so that he can be with juliet. He goes to tomb drinks the poison and says “...Thou desperate pilot, now at once run on the dashing rocks thy seasick weary bark! Heres to my love.”,and dies before juliet in her tomb who is not actually dead. Another perfect example of love overpowers hate/all because he gives up everything just to be with Juliet.
Moments after Romeo kills himself Juliet awakens from her coma where Friar Lawrence is waiting in sadness because of Juliet's death. Friar Lawrence does not have much time to get Juliet and himself out of there because the watchmen are coming, but Juliet would not leave Romeo so Friar Lawrence leaves without her. Just before the watchmen are about to arrive Juliets decides to kill herself, she tries to get poison off of Romeos lips, but their is not enough to kill her, so Juliet takes Romeo’s dagger.
