In this assignment I am going to introduce Ray Kroc, as a great leader who created the McDonald's "Empire". I will analyze his thoughts, skills, traits, behaviors and leadership style. Also I am going to try to show also that for successfulness it is not enough for somebody only to apply management or leadership style and behavior.
