Culinary art is a momentous part of my life.When I was around the age of nine I was living with both my mom and dad. I was always in the kitchen helping my mom cook dinner. I made baked ziti, empanadas, sweet potato pie, and other foods.When I was in high school, I lived with my father,and after my older siblings grew up it was just me and my little sister so I was responsible for cooking the meals. I was cooking for my family an average of seven days a week and I was never tired or bored, I enjoyed it. I developed a strong passion for culinary arts. I am passionate about it because it excites me, inspires me, and encourages me to open a restaurant.

I love designing and organizing food on a plate so that it looks beautiful and dramatic.
Next, the culinary arts is my passion because it inspires me. There is never a limitation to what I can do in the kitchen. If a recipe does not end well, I can always change it. I'm constantly thinking about which foods I will try next. There is always a dish or recipe that has yet to be created and one day I would like to create something fresh and inventive and maybe even spark a culinary trend. My passion for culinary arts is what inspires me to travel the world. I would like to try different cuisines on every continent. I envision myself trying coconut shrimp rice in Nigeria, seafood paella in Spain, samosas in India, tamales in Mexico and various other international cuisines.
Finally, the culinary arts is my passion because it encourages me to open a restaurant. In the next five years I aspire to be the chef and owner of a high-end restaurant.This is my dream because I will have the freedom to choose my menu and allow my guests to indulge in outstanding cuisine while seated in the serene atmosphere my restaurant will offer. To have people come into my restaurant and proclaim that they enjoy my food would put a smile on my face. By owning a restaurant I have a greater opportunity to be a notable chef in the culinary industry. Although I believe I have skills already, going to culinary school will enhance my skills even further and prepare me for working in a restaurant.
In essence, having a career in culinary arts is my passion. My passion for culinary arts began when I was nine and is still strong today. Culinary arts excite me in light of the competition, the use of varied senses, the ingenuity, and the science. It inspires me due to the lack of limitations to my abilities, my yearning to set new trends, and my desire to seek authentic international cuisine. Lastly, it encourages me to open a restaurant one day because it is my dream and I want to change other people's lives. No matter what the future has planned, culinary arts will be at the forefront in my life.
