They are used as fuel only when the body does not have enough carbohydrates or fats.This process is not healthy for our body as they lose muscle mass and lean tissue and most dangerous is the accumulation of high levels of ammonia, which can be toxic.The protein requirements are not increased despite performing strenuous activity. Eating a high protein diet purely is negative because it creates competition which will affect dehydration endurance and performance. Furthermore the protein overload affecting renal and liver system because the organism excretes the excess, not stored. As a consequence, a deterioration of the kidneys and calcium metabolism is abnormal."Physical inactivity or sedentary lifestyle is one of the 10 leading causes of death and disability worldwide. By practicing regular exercise benefits not only our bodies but also our minds."Dietary Guidelines:Food consumption is desirable solids up to 4 hours before or sporting activity.To avoid dehydration and muscle cramps, you should drink water at all times, during and after activity, cold or heat. Always stay hydrated.The roughage is to be consumed before exercise, because for digestion requires more energy and this will cause fatigue and heaviness.At the end of the exercise we leave to normalize body temperature before showering, this will prevent cramps and spasms.To avoid injury always advisable to make a warm up before exercise, along with stretching to finish the competition.Under no circumstances take steroids, even though intended to improve your fitness or performance.Its use in men produces testicular atrophy, osteoporosis, cancer, impotence and infertility, and increased breast size.Meanwhile in women will develop...
