The IBM is the organization has long history in developing and using the technology to increases the performance and business impact of the company (IBM Integration community, 2013). There the main factor that contributes to the IBM Company to have organization learning is because of the innovation culture or cutting edge technology (Hartley, 2013). Innovation can be complex action, this action is creating implementation, executing innovative strategies and is a continue process with non-stop. So, IBM innovation culture is lead to the organization learning outcomes then creates a better business impact for the company to achieve the objectives. As we know, IBM Company is an organization making the software investments and creating the technological stuff for their business (Hartley, 2013). IBM Company employees need involve in interactions with the customers with brand based with the right skills and mentality. The reason of IBM need organization learning in their company is because, their employee need the deep understanding regarding the business analytics (Hartley, 2013). The workers need to understand how the service to design and execute, with this the employees are needs constantly be up-skilled to maintain the quality at the cutting edge of technology and innovation (Hartley, 2013). On the others hand, with the reason of the innovation to build the BuleGene, supercomputer, high performance computers, security and intelligence analysts, particles physicists and geneticists, indirectly IBM Company need to have learning to meet this demand.
