Starting from the selection process where it is still possible to apply for any job even without a high school diploma, the company stands out when it comes to job security and employee performance evaluation.
Guaranteed employment after the first year with a minimum of thirty hours shows the company’s commitment to its workers. Merit rating card are innate to the company’s way of evaluating its own employees. The most unique aspect of the culture lies in the participation of employees in decision making. This is one of the best examples to showcase the Attraction-Selection-Attrition process. Though the attrition rate is very low, the company maintains it culture with its unique policies like retirement and merit pay plans.
