Partial-Birth Abortions

Let’s suppose for just one minute that there is an expecting mother. The baby that is growing inside of her is almost five months along. She willingly participated in the act of making this almost developed baby , yet you decide for whatever reason she does not want to bring this child into the world so what does she do ? keep the baby ? adoption ? or murder it by all means of a partial-birth abortion ? Reasons partial birth abortions are performed are primarily because of poor physical/mental conditions that are a risk to mother or child , inability to care for child or simply a last minute decision to terminate an unwanted pregnancy.

Reaction to the decision of giving women the right to terminate an almost full term child has been an emotional uproar throughout the years. Even while understanding exactly what the ban means. A womens right to choose abortion is a fundamental right recognized by the supreme court. The uproar grew so strong illegal activities by pro life advocates increased dramatically with the passage of the partial birth ban using threats of murder and violence against doctors and their patients. Feminine activist groups such as the “F.M.F” worked with Planned Parenthood to find a middle ground between the two sides. They opened the door for states to make their own decisions against abortion overall and agreed to come to an conclusion states were to make their own laws on abortion.
