Hello Professor Treglia,

Below is the peer assessment that I have done for my team mates. There are few things which I feel are common and applicable to us , Team APM as a whole. I would like to mention about the common aspects first and then get into the individual assessment.

Like I said before, Thank you so much for giving me this opportunity to be a part of Team APM. I must admit, that I had a great time working with wonderful people. The best part of Team APM was the way in which we functioned. There was no hierarchy. One common trait among all of us , is that ,we are all extremely good listeners and we came together as a group, brainstormed to address an issue and then decided upon the best approach to handle it. Individuals who have more professional experience ,provided valuable inputs and this gave others a chance to learn. At the same time the guys with little or no professional experience came up with great, fresh ideas and they thought outside the box to make things more creative and presentable. To put it in simple words, It was a great learning experience for each and every one of us. The work which was assigned to every team member was completed on time and in the required manner.
Coming to the individual assessment :
a) Arpit Bolia : Arpit has vast professional experience and was the guiding force for Team APM. He provided the team with valuable inputs, which were extremely helpful.He actively took part in the team discussions and communicated effectively.
