Do you know that all people have a high percentage of having a heart attack? Moreover, most people do not know what does that mean and why does that happen. A heart attack or MI is a serious medical emergency in which the supply of blood to the heart is suddenly blocked, usually by a blood clotting. lack of blood to the heart can seriously damage the heart muscle. It is known medically as a myocardial infarction. Most heart attacks are caused by blood clotting, severe emotional stress and physical exhaustion.

One of the causes of heart attack is by blood clotting. Blood clotting, or coagulation, is an important process that prevents excessive bleeding when a blood vessel is injured. Blood clotting can be dangerous if it is in the heart's veins and arteries, which then leads to a heart attack. Fast food is connected with blood clots and heart attacks; That is because it contains a lot of oil and cholesterol which have a really bad impact on our body's veins and arteries. Moreover, smoking also has a bad impact on the whole body. Doctors nowadays advise people to avoid this bad habit because it leads to many dangerous diseases. such as blood clotting and heart and blood diseases. heart and blood diseases are also factors that increase the risk of developing a venous blood clot, such as coronary heart disease. it is the most common type of heart disease. However, doctors always advise us to keep ourselves away from fast. food, smoking and all diseases lead to a blood clotting and then to a heart attack.

The second cause of heart attack is severe emotional stress. severe emotional stress is caused by death of someone close, phobias and final exams. some people may think that is impossible to have a heart attack if we face a severe emotional stress like death of someone close. however, it is the truth! it may cause a heart attack. my classmate in high school was with me when she saw on Facebook her mother's name on deaths page. she screamed loudly and she fainted out and her heart beats stopped. after that, we quickly took her to the hospital and the doctors told us that she had a heart attack, but thank God we helped her....
