Planning is used to determine the priorities and focus and resources to strengthen the operation to ensure that employees and other stakeholders are moving toward a common goal, the establishment of the organization and management activities around the expected results protocol / outcomes, assess and respond to adjust the direction of the organization changing environment. It is the production of basic shape and guide the decisions and actions of an organization is, who is the service, what it does, and why it is doing and focus on the future and disciplined effort. Effective strategic planning, not only sheds light on the intentions and actions of an organization need to be taken to make progress, but how will know if it is successful.
Performance plan as a powerful tool for performance management, which reflects the commitment between the upper and lower levels of performance indicators of seriousness, so that decision-makers can focus on the value of the company's most critical business decisions, the company's overall strategy to ensure the progressive implement and achieve annual goals, help in creating an outstanding performance within the company's corporate culture.
Performance plan is the first key step in the performance management system, is the main platform for performance management systems and the implementation of the key means by which you can establish a scientific and rational management mechanism within the company, to the interests of the shareholders organically and staff personal interests together, its value has been recognized and accepted by many companies.
With the goal is not only to work, but on the contrary, with the goal to determine each person's work. Therefore, the "corporate mission and mandate, must be translated into the target", if there is no target one area, work in this area is bound to be overlooked.
