Management is the key to all the success of a business, any organization and the fundamental to how we handle the personal affairs in our daily lives. Why is it so unique? Why did people start focusing on it and when did it all become so apparently significant for all of us? But as the world began to shrink and started becoming more and more of a global village things started to change and it was high time that man realized that management was the thing needed to handle the affairs more aptly. Person Centered theory is theory which deals with the humanistic philosophy; because the developer of this theory believes that human have tendency to develop them selves in a different positive manner. Person centered theory is basically used to develop or maintained the quality relationship between the client and the helping person. The most important factors that are used in this theory are the accompanying growth and change. Many organizations use this approach to help their employees for the better understanding of the customers need and build nice relationship with them. The Person centered theory is based on assumptions, professionals and other people can use this theory in order to understand the necessary conditions for the healthy relationship. PCT can also help the professional in to judge as an authority that who is the person in there team who knows best it helps them to focus on the client’s requirements. The basic task of this theory is to make a person to focus on right thing, a lot of times people lose there focus and get in to trouble but with the help of this approach one can center its focus and stay on his / her track, so he can maximize the potential and his abilities. (Finn Bowring, 2000) Person centered theory is now a days very much common and useful because organizations and management of the organizations are realizing that their employees are not very well focused on there work and there mind is drifting away from the work.
