Personal Lifestyles During this course we have taken an in depth look at many aspects of nutrition. I did not release how much there was to learn related to this subject. I expected to learn the food groups and a few diseases related to not eating well. Physical activity helps to control your weight by using excess calories that otherwise would be stored as fat.The number of calories you eat and use each day regulates your body weight. In addition to helping to control your weight, research shows that regular physical activity can reduce your risk for several diseases and conditions and improve your overall quality of life. Regular physical activity can help protect you from the following health problems. Physical activity also reduces body fatness, which is associated with high blood pressure. Reducing body fatness can control Non insulin dependent diabetes and engaging in physical activity will help in reducing body fat by building muscle mass This improving the body's ability to use calories.Another serious disease related to nutrition is Osteoporosis.
