SPECIFIC PURPOSE STATEMENT: To persuade the audience of this speech to increase the security of Starbuck’s user information.
Thesis statement: My audience should improve the security measures used in the mobile payment application because it puts customer’s information at risk of exposure to unauthorized person. The solution suggested will ensure that customers will feel safer using a more secure application to conduct their transactions. In addition, it will help prevent future loses and complaint against Starbucks.

Development of the need:
What does the Starbuck application lacks at?
A. It lacks at creating barriers for hackers trying to hack into an account.
1. A hacker can purchase items given in the maximum range without getting caught.
B. The security protocols are what have raised this issue.

The limited privacy protection in this cyber environment desires the company to take measures that should be implemented to protect not only the user info but also the customer.

How will this hurt the application developer?
A. This application is putting the name of the company in risk.
B. The awareness about the cyber environment in this modern world can affect this application badly.
C. People in this modern world are more into technology then they were in the past. The more awareness the more risk will be associated with this app.

Audience Involvement:
By enhancing the security of this app and publicizing it will increase the customer and trust associated. The extra protective layers introduced will not only prove gainful but will also help in gaining popularity, and this extra layer will give an edge to payment plan. It can prove gainful even if the Starbucks will charge extra for this security the customers will use this application. The priority of the company should be privacy and this privacy can ensure steady customer-ship and will provide a distinct factor to attract the public.

The company should not leave the privacy to developer, Instead they should use right security protocols that should placed. The company should develop policy to ensure the privacy protocols are met by the developer.
