The Ambition of Lady Macbeth
During the early sixteen-hundreds the play Macbeth was created I order to please the king, James the VI. The write of the play was Shakespear, he crated this rale to exemplify what he had seen in the past few years. In Macbeth one of the main emphasis is that people crave power, and those who have hunger for it would do anything for it. One of those people would be Lady Macbeth, an important character in this play. Lady Macbeth is a power-hungry machine at the beginning of the play but she has a change of heart once she realizes what that hunger has done to her and her husband
In the first act of the play Lady Macbeth establishes who she is and how she gets what she wants. In this act Macbeth has been told that he will soon become the king, but for the time being the king (at the moment) is going to the Macbeths house hold. Lady Macbeth pushes Macbeth to kill the current king so that they can become royalty sooner. "What beast was't then That made you break this enterprise to me? When you durst do it, then you were a man (55)" Macbeth was reconsidering if he was down to kill the king, but Lady Macbeth manipulates Macbeth by questioning his manhood. She has a deep craving to ne a queen that she would make her husband kill the king who is a guest at their home.
At this same scenario she is question on why she can't kill the king on her own. She claims that the king reminds him of her father. This is done to connect her to essence of innocence and...
