With the presentation of propaganda in social media, advertisements, and media itself, the principle of exercise and generating the picture-perfect physique is the ideal image to life. The boundaries of exercise and physical structure fluctuate from person to person and the effects vary. Conforming to an image of improbability or impossible from what is “As seen on TV” or what is followed by a certain celebrity may not be what is right for everyone. Succeeding along the trends or biases that the media creates to do with exercise may not be accurate, sequentially as Americans we all seem to follow suit.

The all-inclusive purpose of these television based announcements is for people to want to look like the individuals on the promos. Billboards are strategically positioned in heavy maneuvered areas for this undeviating purpose. The companies who fathom what marketing they need to convey have this method down to a science. The complete advertisement method that is followed is to grow individuals to want to exercise to display the “perfect image”. Furthermore, directly blistering an image or an assumed image into one’s head on what we all should look like.
