Today, organization struggle with negative effects that cause uncertainty affecting development and operation of business. Managers at all level must make decisions while solving problems of their organizations. Sahira an assistant manager is approach with a challenge in her organization. Sahira and her team members are having software problem running reports and they need a solution to the problem.
This report is on formulating research question worksheet (Appendix A) that entails Sahira software problem. The report is to find ways to help management dilemmas. The researched information is from CUS-Global Library journals that address various methods of handing business problem.
This report is about an organization having difficulty obtaining their monthly report. Employees are complaining that it’s because the software is difficult to work with. Sahira, in this report is the assistant manager provided the manager a list of symptoms that could be reviewed and determine how the financial report can be generated much faster. In technology of software it’s about change and one’s ability to adapt. The most difficult part of embracing new technologies is employee acceptance. As a result, IT leadership needs to change and adapt (Shark, 2012). Managers need to allow appropriate training to use software that require technical task such as developing and obtaining reports.
