During my research, I was able to analyze three countries where we can do our outsourcing and marketing: China, Bangalore, India, and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. I recommend that we do our outsourcing and the setting up of our new manufacturing plants in Bangalore, India. I recommend that we do our marketing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

” China today is one of the fastest growing countries in the world. If you really want to succeed in the China market – you have to invest time and effort into understanding how the Chinese think and how they approach any specific business situation. In China, business is conducted through a concept called Guanxiwang. According to World Learner Chinese, guanxiwang or guanxi “is a general Chinese term used to describe relationships that may result in the exchanges of favors or "connections" that are beneficial for the parties involved (World Learner Chinese, 2014).” Guanxiwang is a way you get to know the person you are doing business with. Instead of going about doing business as strangers you get to build a relationship with your future business coworker. “China has continued to suffer after entering the period of industrial expansion. Its problems were not just caused by the severe crisis of the mid-1990s, when government debt to GDP was 140 percent, and 30 million urban workers were made jobless, hence stirring up a big noise about "China collapse" from the Western media. These problems were also related to the impact of the East Asian financial turmoil in the late 1990s, at the same time as China was in the process of joining the World Trade Organization, and thus becoming increasingly integrated into the world competition of financial capital (Tiejun 2012).”
Outsourcing in India
What technically is outsourcing? “Outsourcing is having a service or product supplied or manufactured by another, who could be a manufacturer, merchant wholesaler, agent, or broker (Friedman 2000).” Outsourcing is considered one of the fastest, common business trends in the United States companies. Businesses done in the United States look for quicker and easier ways to conduct businesses, and increase their sales, so they turn to outsourcing. Outsourcing also has a lot of benefits that come with it. According to Jain, deciding to outsource is a decision usually made by management when wanting to generate benefits (Jain 2011). Outsourcing benefits consists of: “reducing and controlling cost; to exploit the assumed economies of scale and scope offers made by outsourcing vendors; to improve management’s focus on core competencies and get access to new technical skills and knowledge base to increase the organizations skill and knowledge gap; to improve certain institutional aspects such as the structure of the organizations, the style of management, and organizational design; to gain new competitive advantages by achieving an outstanding winning combination of in-house capabilities with that of the outsourcing vendors; to decrease technological risk and uncertainty; and improve business overall with better performance, process improvisation, and enhance customer service (Jain 2011).” Outsourcing will benefit our company more because not only does it lower employee rates and the resources are cheaper, but it also, gives opportunities to young people with the required...
