With only being nineteen years old there have been so many decisions made. Weather it has been bad, good, or crossing over the line. The decisions I have made throughout my whole life have made me the person I am today. The most important decision I have made will most likely have to be getting engaged at a young age.
Being engaged at nineteen is a big commitment. When I first met my fiance we were both fifteen years old. We started dating and he become my highschool sweetheart. We have now been together for almost four years and it has been a rollercoaster. As anyone at a young age would know that in serious relationships things are not always easy considering everyone still wants to hang out with their friends and family. The best words to explain this situation is you both have to communicate A LOT. About two years after me and Morgan had been together we had to get our priorities in check I guess you could say. Ever since that day we have been inseparable.
Morgan and I have been together since tenth grade and now we are both sophomores in college it has been a crazy road but we made it and I wouldn't change it for anything! The decision to be in a committed relationship at such a young age is difficult. The most important thing Morgan and myself have learned is that communication is a very important factor in a relationship. We have also learned that working and saving our money together as a couple for our future is helping us financially for our house we’re building and our wedding. We have both decided that we’re going to wait until I get out of nursing school to get married so we will both be financially stable starting out as newly weds.
