Through much thought and consideration, our group has decided to perform our research and analysis report on a well known customer relationship management product in which has sky rocketed to become the leader in its industry. This sales application also known as Sales Cloud is a CRM product under Sales Force, a company who makes various cloud application tools for businesses. Sales Cloud is currently the world's most popular sales application and continues to become an essential part of many businesses domestically and internationally. As stated before, Sales Cloud is classified as a customer relationship management (CRM) in which is a widely implemented strategy for managing a company's interactions with customers, clients and sales prospects. Sales Cloud has revolutionized the customer relationship management industry through cloud application in which has allowed them to obtain more than 55,400 customers all around the world in a short period of time. Sales Cloud also offers tools including representatives, managers, executives and anything else a business needs to connect with customers and focus on organizational goals. The product emphasizes more selling and less administration in which has proven to be a successful strategy. The product, Sales Cloud provides various competitive advantages such as making the sales process faster by closing more deals, gain real-time visibility into sales, and closely connect with today's social customers. It's also very user friendly so even those who may not be technologically savvy can easily learn and utilize all of what Sales Cloud has to offer. Furthermore, the user has the ability to obtain various real-time customer information through Sales Cloud in which the user can confidently feel that sales success is not only possible, it's easy. Most importantly, Sales Cloud is extremely mobile and provides everything that the customer needs at their fingertips anywhere at any time. The Sales Cloud falls under many functionalities in which is why the CRM product is so successful. This includes utilities such as chatter, accounts and contacts, mobile, marketing and leads, data.com, opportunities and quotes, approvals and workflow, content library, email and calendaring, analytics and forecasting, partners, app exchange just to name a few.With Chatter: users can literally feel the real-time collaboration.
