STOCKING UP YOUR PALEO PANTRY.
Before you can stock your paleo pantry / larder, one of the first things you should do is remove anything that is "non-paleo". After all we are human and might be overcome with the urge to eat these foods!
We are all conditioned as a nation to convenience foods.
After you remove all of the processed foods, go and restocked your cupboards with your favourite paleo recipe items, herbs, spices and healthy oils and fats, meats, fruits and vegetables
We actually ran our cupboards down while I was researching my favourite paleo recipes I wanted to start with and making my final paleo food shopping list. The most important meal I found was a good healthy and convenient breakfast and HEALTHY snacks, these are critical!
We started shopping at Farmers Markets and Natural Food stores. However, over the past 2 years the main supermarkets are now becoming aware of consumer changes and trends, they are stocking a good range of foods for the paleo table. If you have a family that you are trying to adjust to a paleo lifestyle, recreate the food recipes your family are familiar with, but using paleo ingredients will make that transition a lot easier.
I truly wanted to start living the paleo lifestyle so I found the paleo transition quite easy.

It’s a way of testing the water and easing yourself into the diet. It’s a huge healthy step in the right direction, so be happy and proud you are making it.
One of the best things when you get going is to put your own take on recipes, or turning your old favourite foods into paleo food. Using herbs and spices and getting...
