On September 11,2001 19 Al-quida terrorists hijacked four airlines and carried out suicide against targets in the U.S. all 19 coordinators died, crashing two planes into the twin towers of the world trade centers in the new York city, another plane crashed into the pentagon in Virginia and the fourth and final plane into a field in Pennsylvania.
The Islamic attackers were terrorists from Saudi Arabia and other Arab nations. They were apart of Osama bin laden’s al-quida terrorist organization. Some of the terrorists lived in America for more than a year and taken flying lessons at American commercial flight schools. And others slipped into the country several months before September 11.the terrorists easily got knives and box cutters through security at the three different east coast airports they’d chosen. They boarded planes going for the California, because the amount of fuel needed for the long journey and easily took over four planes.

At ten thirty a.m. The other trade center tower collapsed and close to three thousand people died including three hundred forty three fire fighters 23 NYC police officers, 37 port authority officers. Only 6 people in the world trade center towers when they collapsed and almost ten thousand others were treated fir injures, many of them where server and because the plane was delayed in taking off, passengers on board already D.C. A group of passengers and flight attendants planned an insurrection. The passengers attacked the four hijackers and are suspected to have attacked the cockpit with a fire extinguisher which led to lose of control over the plane and a crash in the rural field in western Pennsylvania. The target for the plane was not known but suspected to be the white house, U.S. capital, Camp David presidential retreat in Maryland, or one seventh nuclear power plants along the Eastern seaboard.

Was an American led international effort team that planned on destroying Bin Laden’s terrorist network. In the only two months U.S. forces had effectively removed Taliban from continued and Osama stayed at large until May 2, 2011. He was finally tracked down and killed by U.S. forces at a hideout in Pakistan. America had finally gotten Osama.
