Dreams mostly occur with mental and physical sensations of events while you are in your subcience state of mind. The first discovery of this was before conniel times; which they believed that dreams were the did trying to communicate to their love ones. Then later now, scientist believe that dreams are a way to sort out life problems. They also believe that is dreams are meant to be. You could have a dream of flying high above everyone or you could be chased from a scary stranger. Whatever it is they are there for a purpose, and that is to help make sense of what is going on in your life. Sometime when you’re dreaming; you are dreaming in vivid state with color or you could be dream in black and white. You might also be whisked away from the events and have no control over it. You could even be choosing what you want to see, and control what’s happening.

A lot of the time you might dream of a problem that needs solving in your life. Then you would dream of an event that symbolizes something that’s important and how you fix it. Or how you feel about it; your subcouis will help you thought it no matter how crazy and scary. You could dream of monsters or villains it often symbolizes domination, or it might be a fear of something or someone, and insecurity. Some of them might be you’re: teachers, parents, bosses and your big brothers picks on you this often triggers these nightmares. You could also dream you might also dream about descending uncontrollably through the air. Which represent anxiety in your life. If you’re feeling powerless or unsettled about a situation, falling can symbolize loss of control over your life. It maybe time measures to change or confrontation. When you have a problem in your life. You will dream of a way out of it or to just understand it which is the propose of dreams.
