To exemplify, since according to the World Internet User statistics, there are currently 2,405,518,376 Internet users, social media marketing gives businesses’ the chance to reach millions of people. Another significant benefit of social media marketing is increased sales.Despite the fact that social media marketing tecnique has long term results according to “Social Media Marketing Industry Report” informs that “More than half of marketers who have been using social media for at least 3 years report it has helped them improve sales. Additionally social media impacts brands’ search engine rankings in a positive way. Firms with high search engine rankings will listed earlier in search results. The more increasing brands’ search engine ranking means the more increasing company’s visibility and sales. Also the article “The Benefits of Using Social Media to Market Your Company” advocates the opinion that “Being on the first few pages of a natural Google search is important because the majority of internet users do not look beyond the first page or two of search engine results. Google judges all companies based on their authority. In addition in the study of founder of Social Media Examiner,Michael A. Stelzner informs that “Those who've been using social media for two years or longer, with 62% reporting a rise. At least 60% of those investing a minimum of 6 hours per week in social media marketing saw improvements in search engine rankings.” (SocialMediaExaminer.com , para. 6).

There are considerable types of social media platforms on the internet,likewise Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, companies desire to use the most beneficial way for their goals.
