Enviro-Friendly Inc. is a new company that established itself in the market place a year ago. Recently, Enviro-Friendly Inc. became ISO 14001 compliant. The product lines are non-toxic and safe for the environment. Enviro-Friendly Inc. specializes in disposable diaper for babies, bladder protection for seniors and feminine hygiene products.Our target markets are conscientious consumers that do not mind paying a little more for a safe environment. Enviro-Friendly Inc. is customer driven; we continually research our customer's needs and strive for high quality. We have empowered our employees to assist in the process improvements for high standards. Our employees are motivated by their superior efficiencies. Managers support Total Quality Management throughout the work place and reward staff accordingly. The following is Enviro-Friendly Inc. strategic plan.II. SWOTt AnalysisA.
