For years, people who driving under influence leading causes of road accidents in many countries. Many people have a cell phone and some even call their cell phone their life line. The cell phone is a provider of very important information such as addresses, phone numbers, and important dates. However, while the cell phone has many positive attributes like keeping people in touch, the cell phone becomes very dangerous when a person decides to drive and use it.This obliged many countries especially United States to pass regulations that put the level of blood-alcohol allowed for one to be behind the wheel. Now a day, the governments are working hard to consider banning the use of cell phone while driving in United States because sometimes is a lethal weapon and can cause a disaster in families. Drivers assume that they can handle use cell and drive, but most of the time is fatal.
Many drivers now a day have busy lives and never have time to do their responsibilities that they need to complete during the day. That reasons leaves them to use the cell phone on the road. For example: check the email is a top priority in US. The use of cell phone while driving makes drivers to have less control of the vehicle. First of all, it makes the driver to drive slower on the road particularly during the rush hours because they are more concentrates in only one task. Second, when people are talking they have to paid attention to both activities and sometimes are the principal cause of accident. The use of cell in a car is growing fast and becoming one of the top killers in United States.
