The American Revolution the fight for freedom, but did you know that some of the leading you to the American Revolution were The Sugar act, The Currency act, The Stamp act, The Tea act, and The Intolerable acts, there was also the burning of the schooner.

The next act is the Tea act the tax on tea this was the act that the colonist reacted strongly
to. They reacted by throwing the Boston tea party a party to where the sons of liberty threw all
the tea into the into the Boston Harbor they made sure no speck of tea remained they swept them
off the boats they also searched the men who helped to see if any one smuggled tea. They also
refused to buy the tea, and left the tea to rot at the docks costing merchants lots of money in
wasted tea this made an impact the people defining off of the tea act.
After the Boston tea party the British were furious and placed The Intolerable Acts which
were manly direct toward Boston. Many viewed the acts as an violation to their constitutional
rights. They also organized the first Cottontail congress which discussed which way of action
they should take this was the same group who decide to rebel agents Britain. They boycotted and
