The question is not whether a Holocaust could happen in America, the question is when? A Holocaust similar to The Holocaust of the 1940’s could not happen today in America because America, a nation that is well informed and connected, has an ability to join together with one another’s citizens and other nations, and is a stable country making it needless for an extermination of its citizens.
America stays informed through a variety of ways. News reports such as internet websites, newspapers and magazines, and television broadcasts all provide quick updates in what is happening in the U.S.. Social interactions like dates, talking to friends, or community meetings pass along information as to what is happening locally. Even talking on the phone is a way of communicating and informing, whether phone conversations or texting or checking web updates via the cell phone.
Americans can join together and help each other and have before in the past. Tragedies in America call together its population and some examples are Hurricane Katrina in Louisiana of 2005 , the Boston Bombing of 2013, and the attacks on the World Trade Center on September 11th, 2001. In the past events Americans rallied together to help friends, family, neighbors, and even people they may have never met or known. Should a Holocaust happen in America, citizens will more than likely rally together to form a rebellion alliance to overthrow the U.S. Government. This is based on previous events that they have rallied together such as The American Revolution or The American Civil War.
In the U.S. Constitution, Americans are given the right to rally together and bare arms. This will make it easy to form a rebellion to end the extermination as it will give no trouble to acquire weapons.
