Basically customer at ABMK Garage is have computer literacy because we can see here about 56.7% of respondents said they know about E-Business. By using the E-Business customer ABMK Garage easier to update the company / workshop with faster and save the total cost. Means that most of the customers are using an IT in their daily life and customer of ABMK Garage believe that E-Business is kind of marketing strategy will be successful if it has good delivering and good presentation to the end-user. Then about .43.3% said they know about E-Business, maybe they do not often use the technology or surrounded by areas that are not too advanced in terms of knowing the IT / IS or maybe they do not update with the IT or maybe they do not interested with it and others than that are the missing respondent or they skip this question.

26.7% say that that equal or moderate, then 3.3% are strongly agree with this implementation. Last, about 20.0% from the customer of ABMK Garage are strongly disagreeing and disagree with this implementation because they are more comfortable with the way ordinary or normal and about 2% are still missing or not answering the questionnaire. 


Pie chart above shows that 13.3% strongly agree said that the current method that ABMK Garage using right now is giving more disadvantages to the company. About 20% of them also agree with the statements. 30% of the customers ABMK Garage are strongly disagree and 16.7% disagree with the statement and they more prefer to traditional or current method that the company use. Others 33.3% are moderate or neutral with the statement. It shows that ABMK Garage customer also want something changes from ABMK Garage management.



Pie chart shows that about 23.3% strongly agree said ABMK Garage will be more productive after change the current method to the proposed system. 16.7% also agree this IT/IS giving more innovative for the company and make the system of organization clear and smooth. 23.3% of them said that there will no changes even ABMK Garage use the computerized method or not because they do not care whether use IT/IS or not can affect them. And the rest are moderate for this statement. 


According to this pie customer ABMK Garage 13.3% would prefer to include product categories, 23.3% mailing lists and 6.7% forums on the website of this company this is because they can easily check the product based on categories. 10.0% of customers ABMK Garage opt for a blog to facilitate the connection through IT, and 16.7% chose live chat as a way to communicate widely. About 13.3% prefer to have a whole sale and retail price in this company.
