In today’s world, we know the importance of learning foreign language and speaking foreign language. We say ‘a language is a person’ but we don’t know what is the time of learning foreign language and how many language we can learn. We don’t know them literally.
Firstly we have to learn what the language is. The language is a system of communication consisting of sounds , words , grammar, or the system of communication used by people in a particular country or type of work. (From Cambridge). We can understand a language is verbal things but mimics and gestures also is a language. A child learn own language while he / she is growing.

Dorothy Spiller (2009) explains the importance of feedback. She shows assessment tasks.
As Dorothy summarized ,help clarify what good performance, encourage ‘time and effort’ on challenging learning tasks, deliver high quality feedback information that helps learner self-correct, provide opportunities to act on feedback(to close any gap between current and desired performance),ensure that summative assessment has a positive impact of learning, encourage interaction and dialogue around the learning(peer and teacher student),facilitate the development of self-assesment and reflection in learning. As it can be understood from this good assessment and feedback practice should that things.
Giving feedback is important impact on learning. Hattie (1999) has been described ‘the most powerful single moderator that enhances achievement’. There are a lot of benefits of feedback. Firstly it improves their learning, they can see their errors, they can correct their mistakes, teacher can see students’ missing, it motivate them to act on their assessment, they can understand the teacher is guide for their learning life.
Feedback has also negative impact on students. For example students can feel humiliated, they can feel uncomfortable in the class and in front of the class.
Giving feedback should be constructive way. Murray(2010) describes the constructive feedback as’ the situation when output from(or information about the result of ) an event in the past will influence the same event in the present or the future’. Duffy K (2013) explains to how to we give constructive feedback in assessment.
Giving feedback should be corrective. This way students can correct their mistakes. The types of corrective feedbacks are explicit correction, (the student notice the his or her error correct it with the help of the teacher) recast,( the teacher don’t show the mistake direct she or he implicit the mistake) clarification request,( the teacher says ‘excuse me’ she or he wants to imply students mistake) metalinguistic clues ,( the teacher says ‘Do we say it like that?’) elicitation, ( the teacher says ‘say it again’) repetition,(the teacher repeats students mistake).
We give the feedback after the teaching.Hattie and Timperley (2007) mentioned the time of feedback.
