Every student has his or her favorite teacher, but that teacher may not be the best qualified person. The future of any student depends on the qualities and dedication of a teacher. The teacher is the one who creates an interest in students to develop and progress and achieve what ever goals they set for themselves. The qualities of a teacher are: a good teacher tries continuously. A good teacher is always ready to take risks. They have a positive attitude and try to give confidence to his or her students. Teachers will also give you words of encouragement.

We as teachers carry a huge responsibility in the classroom. The reason the responsibility is so huge is because what we say or how we act in class will have an impact on the student. Students pick up on your emotions, and your attitude is so contagious. If you laugh students will laugh. So give the respect that you want your students to give to you.
It may not work for every student but you have to at least try. It makes the classroom controllable. This will create less behavior problems.
A good teacher is always ready to take risks. Taking risks are impossible goals, and then teachers do what it takes to achieve them. If what teachers have planned to do is not quite the way it is usually done, they will risk doing it anyhow. Students like it when teachers take risks. According to Ralph Noyer, Looking at teaching from its human side, with the foregoing point of view, one can analyze some of the more significant elements(Noyer, Ralph 1938). Likewise, good teachers make clear-cut assignments, convincing their learners of the importance of the thing that has to be done( Noyer, Ralph 1938). Taking risks are not bad things, but risk taking is thinking outside the box, and the convincing yourself that everything is going to go as planned.
