The Strategic Management Process
In order to accomplish goals, one must commit to their success and have faith that the outcome is always beneficial. To be able to maintain faith that your outcomes are always beneficial, one must simply trust in the Lord. According to Psalm 111:3-4, “Everything he does reveals his glory and majesty. His righteousness never fails. He causes us to remember his wonderful works. How gracious and merciful is our Lord!” (Psalm 111:3-4, NLT). By understanding that every moral plan that we construct is a gift from God, we can act accordingly by the guidance that He gives each of us.

According to Colossians 4: 5-6, “Live wisely among those who are not believers, and make the most of every opportunity. Let your conversation be gracious and attractive so that you will have the right response for everyone” (Colossians 4:5-6, NLT). This verse is considered to be one of my tools in establishing a mission for my life. I establish this bible verse as my mission in life, and shortly after establishing this as my mission I began to think in terms that I never have before.
I recognized that with an assigned mission, I would face numerous of difficulties and drawbacks because life promises those types of interventions. Therefore, I established an alliance with a circle of people that I feel will help me along the journey of life. This alliance serves as my analysis of strengths and weakness. The people in my alliance will inform me of my strengths and weakness, so that I will make better decisions and accept when my choices are not benefiting my growth process. People that truly love you will inform you of your shortcomings and skills. It is vital to understand that we will not make the best decisions in life and having someone to tell you, makes room for growth. When an individual recognizes their strengths and weaknesses early, it allows a haste transition to achievement.
Furthermore, I place spiritual growth as a top priority and pray for guidance. No matter what situation is placed upon me, I trust that God will deliver me from having any negative energy or outcome. Implementing my life’s...
