Perseverance is an important character trait hidden in grit that helps a person achieves a long-term goal. Furthermore, by having grit, one will be insensately practicing to master through the obstacles. Indeed, practices make perfect.People who have grit never give up, they do not believe in failure. They do not believe in a constantly condition that would stop them from trying. Grit is the resilience for those ones who fail that would stand up and keep going for their goal. They start over and over again until they solve the problem easily. This processing is not for just a day or a month, but for years and years. In order for the people who have grit, they study the hardest kind of work; they do not study what they are already known. They try to find new interested things and improve their knowledge. That makes them improving and tend to succeed.A person who is lack of grit is likely to not success, or they can be successful in very long amount of time. It's like they don't have the final goal, but they do chasing from a different to another different goal. .Grit is usually unrelated or inversely related to measure of having talent. - having grit means grow mind set, who can changes and learn to have experiences.
