Introduction" Human Resource management is defined as a strategic and coherent approach to the management of an organizations most valued assets - the people working there who individually and collectively contribute to the achievement of its objectives."HRM is very important in today's world and it has to be adapted and embedded in every organizations strategy. It is important as much as any department in an organization and it has to play an important role within the organization. If the HRM department is just created just for the sake of having a HR department, then the organization will fail to enjoy the benefits that arise from this management concept. A HRM department has to be active within the organization and put forward any concerns where they are needed.Strategic concept of HRThe significance of aligning the SHRM (Strategic Human Resource Management) with the business strategy becomes a major issue for many businesses to survive in now a day's competitive environment. In order for one to believe in the strategic concept of HR one has to believe and understand in the concept of strategy. The scope of Strategic HRM is for companies to plan for the future and be ready for anything that comes in the way of the company.
