I would like to express my special thanks of gratitude to my professor Mr. Scott who gave me the golden opportunity to do this wonderful project on the topic museum visit sketch and essay which also helped me in doing a lot of Research and I came to know about so many new things I am really thankful to you.
For this project I visited Ella sharp museum as it was very convenient in my busy schedule. Out of many beautiful paintings I chose one of the famous painting painted by Joyce Grace.
Joyce Grace works in water media and colored pencil, creating colorful, whimsical works on paper. Her paintings have been shown in numerous national and regional exhibitions and are featured in North Light Books “Splash Five,” American Artist Magazine and Rockport Press “Best of Watercolor: Painting Composition.” Joyce holds a Bachelor of Science in Design from the University of Michigan and is a signature member of Watercolor West.
She paints in a highly representational, although not always realistic, style. The medium leads itself nicely to control, but still allows by its very nature for fluidity and transparency. The artistic work is often narrative and uses elements of irony and whimsy to express the feeling about the world around the artist.
