Driven by global competition and new technologies, the use of project management is expanding wherever organizations need to achieve performance objectives within scope, cost, and time constraints. As an old adage says: People don't plan to fail...they fail to plan. But there is a big difference between carrying out a very simple project involving one or two people and one involving a complex mix of people, organisations and tasks. In fact if you have an unlimited budget and unlimited time, project management becomes rather easy. Number of participants expected from SAF countries are around 3,000 and the estimated expenses are more than rupees 100 millions. Here I try to find out what are the means and ways to plan and implement this project in a effective manner and what are the sources available to recruit people for this project. And also to identify the meetings that are useful through out the life time of this event.2.
