It is a fact that all illnesses are caused due to some imbalance in our body. With proper nutrition the skin can become healthy and radiant. According to a recent report by Center for Disease Control and Prevention, almost 40% of the people intake less than the required nutrition every day. The deficiency of vitamins and minerals can affect the body functions. The required vitamin acne treatments can be taken in form of supplements with our normal diet to compensate for the imbalance.

Multivitamins should not be taken as a replacement for eating healthy foods. Too many vitamins can be toxic and dangerous for the body. There are many nutrients that are considered to encourage a healthy skin. You need to keep yourself informed on these vitamin acne treatment methods so that you increase your chances taking control over the acne problem. There are also many vitamins which help to cure the acne scars which are left behind by previous acne lesions.

Vitamin A
The naturally found vitamin A or retinol is mainly found in fish oil, liver and the dairy products. According to researchers, vitamin A is an essential nutrient to treat acne problems. Vitamin A is produced by the plants in form of Beta-carotene and is usually found in the yellow and orange fruits and vegetables like carrots, apricots and yams. It is also found in many green leafy vegetables like parsley, spinach and kale. Like any other beneficial vitamin acne treatment, high does of this vitamin in our body can be toxic.

Vitamin B2
Stress is known to aggravate the existing acne condition. Stress causes hormonal imbalances in the body which in turn lead to more sebum production and more acne breakouts. Vitamin B2 is known to ease stress. Foods like whole grains, fish, milk, eggs, green leafy vegetables and meat are known to have high concentration of vitamin B2 in them and can be taken for vitamin acne treatment.

Vitamin B3
