MPH Online.com does provide content for their users to view about the collection that available at the MPH bookstore. The content or information that they provided about the book is very accurate and reliable thoroughly according to the book description. For example, a new book or magazine is published, the MPH side will put up a brief description about the book or magazine in order to inform their customers about the new published material. The purpose of this content is to give the customers brief introduction about the book and they also include the author of the book, the product id, the publisher, the published date, the price, and they also provide the customers review about the book to support more about the book. The brief description is content the synopsis about the book, the review from customers, the author name and the author collection of published material.

DESIGN AND AESTHETICS
The design of the MPHOnline.com website layout is quite confusing because they put up the images of their collection where it made the website look quite dizzy and confusing. They do arranged the collection image according to the subject but from the customers view to find the collection in demand will be a little difficult to handle cause from the mixed of collection. Besides that, the customers also can misunderstand the other collection with his or her need. The graphic of the website is quite simple and it and they are using white background which make the images of the collection is not block by the background. It made the customers to focus only on the collection of the materials in the bookstore. The website does not provide any audio or video for the customers view.

DISCLOSURE OF AUTHORS, SPONSOR, AND DEVELOPER
Every collection or published material that the bookstore gets, they will update it on to the website for customers view. Along with that, the website does provide a brief description about the collection and does mention the name of author and also provide the list of collection from the author. This website does not have any sponsor and the developer of the website is copyright to the mph bookstore itself.

CURRENCY OF INFORMATION
The currency of the information in the mphonline website is always updated as the new collection is been published by the author. They also allocated a specific page for the new arrival of collection at the bookstore where the customers can refer to. Besides that, they update the information in the website according to the season for example, for now are the school holiday and the MPH bookstore do made a promotion on the school holiday where they offer on children book and also studies materials for the children.
