What Really Happened To Alice Essay

1888 words - 8 pages

What Really Happened In Wonderland...
It was a bright, sunny day in the Red Queen’s rose garden when all of a sudden I heard my name being called. “WHERE IS THAT WHITE RABBIT?!” yelled the Queen. “Oh no”… I thought. I felt myself being pulled out of my hiding place from under the bushes. “There you are” the Red Queen scowled. “I need you to fetch me a girl named Alice and bring her back to me immediately” she said again. “Alice?” I managed to breathe out. “Yes” she said. “And I need her here before the sun sets, now go, be on your way” she yelled. I started hopping to the rabbit hole. When I reached the hole I jumped in and waited quite a long time to reach the other end.
It was just ...view middle of the document...

I just kept walking while dragging Alice. “She’s been passed out for nearly an hour she should be waking up soon, I should probably hurry” I thought to myself when out of nowhere Cheshire appeared. “Rabbit, I see you've brought me a present” said the cat. “And what makes you think it’s yours?” I replied. “Because I always get what I want and it’s beginning to get quite lonely for me, so I want her.” he said back to me. “Well you can’t have her, she’s going to the Queen” I quickly stated before quickening my pace. “We’ll see about that” he said with a smirk and disappeared. By the time I got to the Red Queen’s castle Alice was awake and very, very scared. I tried explaining to her that the Queen just wanted to see her but she replied with “WHY?” or “HOW DOES SHE EVEN KNOW ME?” I hadn’t even the slightest clue on how to reply because I simply didn’t know the answer. When I finally got Alice to settle down and stop crying, I took her to the Queen’s room.
The rabbit and I entered a room. It was a very big room with red all over it, red walls, red furniture, it was all red. “This must be the Queen’s room” I thought to myself. I was torn away from my thoughts when I heard my name being called. “Alice…” said the White Rabbit. I looked up and he was standing by what I guess is one of the Queen’s helpers because she was wearing a red uniform looking dress. I stepped closer as she handed me a beautiful pink dress with red roses on it and ordered me to change. “Where’s the powder room?” I shyly asked. She pointed to a door and said “Right there, dear”. I quickly thanked her and made my way to the room. After I changed, I walked back out and the White Rabbit told me I would have to meet the Queen for tea in the garden in 10 minutes.
The ten minutes had passed and I was now sitting at a table in a lovely rose garden waiting for the Red Queen. The roses were a beautiful shade of red, just like everything else the Queen owned. “Ah, Alice I must apologize for being late, there was a predicament with the Card Guards” the Queen said as she sat down in front of me. I was very shocked to say the least. This whole time I had pictured the Red Queen big and mean but she was actually beautiful and very tall and thin. All I did was shake my head and she continued to speak. “I heard you’re frightened about being here” she said and I nodded. She gave a slight chuckle and began to speak again, “You have nothing to worry about, my dear, I had you brought here to become my daughter. After I heard that your parents died and you became sad and lonely I just couldn’t help myself! I had to bring you here and make you my daughter!” she said. My mouth suddenly dropped open. I didn’t want to stay here but it would be extremely rude to tell her that. “That would be lovely!” I said to her. I guess she fell for it because the next thing I knew, I was being measured for a whole new wardrobe.
After hearing that I couldn’t have Alice, I went to the White Queen’s castle. If anyone could...
